Stacy Allen Powerskating: Summer 2023 Camp (7 Ice Times – 2 Weeks)

All sessions include warm up and technical skating focus to ensure proper form and technique during drills.
Classes will be delivered and planned to ensure high intensity skating and techniques (puck integrated into drill) to enable players to perform best for evaluations.
Week #1: Focus on skating, endurance and technique.
Week #2: Focus on combined power skating and hockey development.

Session 3: U13 & U15
